a. They fought FCC policy against the intentional falsification of news. The attorneys for Fox argued the First Amendment gives broadcasters the right to lie or deliberately distort news reports on the public airwaves.

b. Watching fox news have a negative impact on people's current events knowledge (PDF)

c. They Photoshop pictures of people they don't like (no, this isn't Onion)

d. They mislabel Republican scandals as Democrats

e. They outright hysterical about Obama. Example - Obama Administration "Answers To The Quran First And To The Constitution Second"

There is a website that tracks FOX "journalistic creativity". Read if you want day-to-day examples.

If you hate the Democrats, you read / watch Fox News.

If you hate the Republicans, you read / watch CNN.

They ALL have some sort of political spin on them because they ALL are owned by a tiny minority. Our media in general are owned by a very few parent companies.

Since the folks at the top of those companies have their own political views, it only stands to reason that those under them will simply be broadcasting what they want to you see or hear.

You want a happier life ?

Quit watching / reading the news for anything outside of the weather.

This is false equivalence.

Group A says sky is red, Group B says sky is blue, since they are both biased the sky must be purple.

I stopped watching at second 2 when I saw it was Jon Stewart. If this is where you're getting your news, then there is absolutely no point talking to you.

No I don't regularly watch him (or any TV for that matter), but he is right in that video. Whatever you might think of him, even broken clock is right...

If you are allergic, watch starting at 6 minutes. He stops with comedy and starts talking.
