I have been hosting the KGB server as well as a Team Speak Server here at home on my 768k / 768k SDSL line for the last 5 years.
Today I am in talks with a local ISP to co-locating a machine at their site giving us almost limitless bandwidth. I would also add a VENTRILLO server as well as a TEAM SPEAK server running on a seperate VMWARE virtual machines.
I could then upgrade my speed at home and host the needed services for KGB in the future.
More on this as I get more information.
